Congress Registration Fees
It is possibile to register either for the whole 3 congress days (inclusive of complimentary Pre-Congress Course), or exclusively to one of the 2 Pre-Congress Course (attendance to pre-congress course only is not complimentary).

Pre-Congress Courses are parallel and are to be held on Thursday May 7th, 2009. Also, confirmation is subject to availability and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. A notification regarding the final confirmation of registration to the Congress and to pre-congress courses will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat.

Registration fee to Parallel Pre-Congress Courses only

Parallel Pre-Congress Course Euro 100,00

Attendance to the Pre-Congress Course is complimentary for all congress delegates registering to the congress. However, availability is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. A notification regarding the final confirmation of registration to the Congress and to pre-congress courses will be sent by the Organizing Secretariat."

All listed registration prices are inclusive of local taxes (VAT 20%).

Delegate registration fees include:

Pre-Congress Course only Registration fee includes:
• Access to one of two Pre-Congress Course on May 7th

Accompanying Person Registration fees include:
• Access to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception
• The City Centre Tour

Access to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception will be provided for Delegates and Accompanying Persons on a complimentary basis.

Exhibit
A commercial and scientific exhibit will be available to all registered participants wearing a congress badge. Companies and organizations wishing to obtain information should contact the MSRM 2009 Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation & Refunds
Requests for cancellation must be sent to the Organizing Secretariat:
